The process is the same as for any customer. We diagnose first, send a written estimate and don't do any work until you approve it.
Heavy use is hard on transmissions
Work trucks carry weight, idle a lot and make short trips in stop-and-go traffic. That builds heat, and heat breaks down transmission fluid. Many manufacturers call this severe service and recommend more frequent fluid changes for it.
That's why fleet transmission care is mostly about catching problems early. A fluid service or a leak repair costs less and takes less time than a failed transmission.
A preventive maintenance program puts fluid checks, fluid and filter service and inspections on a schedule, so they happen before a problem shows up. If we find something during service, you get a written estimate and you decide what gets done and when.

How we work with fleet managers
We diagnose each vehicle, then send a written estimate. Nothing gets done without approval, and if the job changes once we start, we call first. Every vehicle is road tested before it goes back into service. We're open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, on State Road 7 in Plantation.

What's in a preventive maintenance program?
It's a schedule of fluid, filter and inspection work built around how your vehicles are used. The goal is to catch leaks, worn fluid and early shifting problems before they take a truck off the road.
Can you handle more than transmissions?
Yes. We also do general repair and maintenance, including brakes, AC, cooling systems, electrical diagnostics and oil changes.
